The 2020 AGM which will take place on Tuesday the 24th of November, at 7pm.
This year, the meeting will be a virtual AGM via zoom.
The meeting will also recap the year that has past as we come together as One Team.
We will also circulate the Annual Report electronically at this time.
Part of our AGM process is the election of the committee.
If interested in joining the Management Committee as a new member, please complete Section 1 of the form below and email a copy to the Helping Hoops Secretary, Neil Gray: email@example.com. Applications for the 2020-21 committee close November 17, 2019 (7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting on November 24).
Please also include your CV and a brief bio (200 words max) summarising your skillset and applicability to the committee role you are applying for. This bio will be made public prior to the AGM and sent to members to help them make an informed decision.
Note: Committee Nominations need to be returned by COB 17th of November to the Helping Hoops Secretary.
