As part of the 24 Hour Charity Shootout on this weekend, we are proud to present the Frantic Five Challenge, which will see 8 stars paired together to compete in a free throw shooting competition. Each team will do battle for five minutes to see how many foul shots they can sink in a double-elimination tournament that will see the winning team play a total of six games.
The teams are:
- David Barlow (Melbourne United) / Omar Coles (Helping Hoops)
- Mike Spears (Helping Hoops) / Chris Anstey (former NBA & Olympic player)
- Alice Kunek (Melbourne Boomers & Australian Opals) / Ben Shewry (Attica Restaurant)
- Renee Clarke (Helping Hoops) / Tegan Cunningham (Dandenong Rangers)
The Frantic Five will take place on Saturday the 27th from 1-2pm at Albert Park College – 83 Danks St, Albert Park. Come along and see the action and enjoy the carnival games and attractions on offer. Full details in flyer above.
